International Party

We went to LA Hanmi Church for Christmas service. It has been home church to Elaine's parents since last April. At 8AM the church was packed while many other churches remained locked for family activities.

From the pulpit pastor Park announced a birthday party to be initiated for Jesus the newborn King. Some carols and Christmas hymns have been sung by the greeters. God welcomed His people to the party and a cake has been cut and "Happy birthday, Jesus" was sang by the church.

Unexpectedly, the pastor, during the service, asked me for apostolic blessing. Guess what? I did it in Spanish. "It made the party international" commented the pastor. Bewildered but with huge interest every worshipper received this heavenly blessing. May the grace of the perfect Missionary be upon everyone of them...
